WINK VIP is an automatic enrolment loyalty programme available to all clients who receive treatments or purchase products at WINK Beauty. Upon joining, you'll begin earning points for every qualifying purchase. You’ll also receive exclusive offers, birthday rewards, and appointment reminders tailored to your preferences.

How It Works:
You will be automatically enrolled when you make your first purchase or book a treatment with us.

You can opt out at any time by contacting our team or emailing us.

You can check your points balance and available offers through your Fresha account online or by asking our reception team.

By remaining a member, you agree to receive promotional emails, SMS alerts, and appointment-related notifications related to WINK Beauty.

Earning Points:
3 points for every £1 spent on services or retail products.

Birthday Treats – Enjoy 100 bonus points on your birthday (ensure your date of birth is saved in your account).

Reviews - receive 30 bonus points for every (nice!) Fresha review and 75 bonus points for every Google review.

Redeeming Points:
Points can be redeemed on eligible treatments and retail purchases in-salon:

1000 points = £10 off

1500 points = £15 off

2000 points = £20 off

3000 points = £30 off

5000 points = £50 off

Note: Points cannot be used in combination with other promotions, coupons, or discounts. Points can not be exchanged for cash.

When you create an account with Fresha, you agree to their Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Opting Out:
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails or SMS alerts at any time via your account settings.

Misuse & Termination:
WINK Beauty reserves the right to remove points, adjust values, or terminate accounts in cases of:

Breach of salon policies or repeated cancellations/no-shows.

Any attempt to manipulate or game the rewards system.

​

If your membership is terminated, all points will be voided and cannot be reinstated should you re-join.
