Deposits

 

  • For bookings lasting 2 hours or more or packages a 25% deposit will be taken upon confirmation of the appointment. 

  • The deposit will be taken off of the final price, with the remaining amount due on the date of the booking. 

  • Cash and card payments are both accepted.

 

Client Cancellation

 

  • The deposit is non refundable in all circumstances other than cancellation by WINK.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This will be required by bank transfer in the event of the client not being able to supply a card or cash payment. This can be reconsidered under certain circumstances.

 

Therapist Cancellation

 

  • In the rare event of WINK cancelling, all deposits taken will be refunded.

 

Client Responsibility

 

  • WINK has the right to refuse services to clients if any abusive or threatening behaviour is felt during the booking. 

  • Any cancellation due to this reason will not enable the client to any refunds of deposits paid.

 

Skin/Patch Tests/Allergies

 

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring any home patch tests supplied are carried out at least 48 hours before their appointment. Before the treatment they will be required to sign a form declaring this has been done.

  • The client  shall inform WINK of any issues that may affect the use of equipment or products. This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. WINK can not be held liable for any losses that are incurred due to the client’s failure to inform them of any known conditions.

  • WINK can refuse the application of products and the use of tools if contagious skin or eye conditions are present.

 

Photography

 

  • In certain cases WINK may want to take photos of the completed service to add to their portfolio. These photographs may be used on social media pages and the website and no personal information will be given.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • If your item is faulty or broken, please notify us within 14 days and a replacement will be sent out. Alternatively you can request a refund. Items will have to be received by us before a refund can be issued. Buyer has to pay return delivery.

  • If you receive a set of WINK Stix in any sizes other than what is written on your measurement sheet, replacements of those nails will be sent out. No refunds will be given.

Discounts

 

  • Discounts can not be redeemed against sale items. 

  • Only one discount code can be used at one time.

  • REFER A FRIEND. Tell as many friends as you like to enter your email at check out. For each time your email is entered you will receive 20% off a single purchase. Your email can only be entered once by the same person.
