Pick the set(s) you would like from the shop. DO NOT FORGET to select which shape you would like.
If you selected a custom set, please make sure you send a picture through insta or email as soon as possible so we can start designing!

Once we have received your payment your Sample Size Pack will be sent out using Royal Mail First Class. Orders places before 1pm will be dispatched the same working day.
If you have already received a pack and know your nail sizes (you keen bean) please enter these at checkout so we can start creating your nails asap!

Please follow the instructions in your sample pack!! Any errors made will affect your custom set and no refunds or exchanges can be made.
Your pack will include a set of nails in your specified shape each with a number on it and a piece of paper that looks like this:
Please make sure you measure EACH nail and write out the number clearly for BOTH hands. Sizes can differ. Once you have done this please take a picture and send to @winkbycharley on insta or info@winkbeauty.co.uk.
Important note: your nails must be BARE when measuring. Any type of polish/gel/acrylic will alter the size.
Each nail shape has different sizing so new measurements must be taken if you are changing up your style! Please bear in mind that as these are generic sizing's so the fit can vary.
